How can you save a Word Document as a JPEG file?

I have a picture on my Word Document file that I can't find on google anymore when I search. I want to know how to save the Document as a JPEG file so I can open it up on paint. Thanks!

If you look above "home" near the numpad on your keyboard, you should find a key called "print screen". Press this key, then open up paint and press ctrl + v. Then, edit out all the unneeded parts and save as jpeg.
