The answer would be to long to answer both of your questions. Please submit another one ref sending photos/attachments and I, or someone else, can answer it. This is how you send an email and other info After you sign in to your account and bring up the email page do this..... For a new email.....click on NEW and the new format will come up. Your email address will already be in the FROM line. Enter the address(es) in the TO....CC or BCC line (using the BCC line will hide all addresses from those the message is being sent to. Enter a SUBJECT matter in the subject line and then go below and put what information you want in the text area. When done...click on SEND.. Below is good information that relates to your email account. +++++++++++++++++++ Any address that you don't want the others to know that they are receiving it must be placed in the BCC line MAIL CLASSIC Click on INSERT ADDRESSES which is located just above the TO line. Once your contact list comes up place a check mark in the BCC box to the left of the address you want there.....If it is a CATEGORY you want click on CATEGORIES and once those are displayed put a check mark in the BCC box and then click on INSERT ADDRESSES.. This list will also be brought up by clicking on the TO....CC ....SHOW BCC. ALL NEW MAIL There is no INSERT ADDRESSES so you must click on SHOW BCC which follows the TO line. This in turn brings up the BCC line. Click on BCC. When the list comes up you will see where your CATEGORIES are inner mingled with the individual addresses. You will have to hilite those that you want in the BCC line by clicking on them and adding them one at a time. Hopefully, they are in a category, which makes it easier. In either case above ... if you pick a category...once that is inserted you can add individual addresses by putting a comma after the last one showing and after each one you add except for the last one. If you find ALL NEW MAIL a little inconvenient you can switch to MAIL CLASSIC by clicking on options...One of those will be to go to Mail Classic ++++++++++++++++++++++++ You can change the FROM name or place one in for the first time by doing one of the following.. Click on this link http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/cl%E2%80%A6 In MAIL CLASSIC....click on OPTIONS...MAIL OPTIONS...scroll down to FROM NAME and change it to what you want. Go above and click on SAVE CHANGES. Note: If you leave the FROM NAME blank you will end up seeing this when you compose or forward an email.....FALSE followed by your email address.NOTE: for some reason this does not always work on Mail Classic. If it doesn't follow the steps as described in All New Mail.. In ALL NEW MAIL....click on OPTIONS...MORE OPTIONS...go to the left side of the screen and click on ACCOUNTS...Once in click on ADD OR EDIT AN ACCOUNT...then click on EDIT...scroll down to FROM NAME and change it to what you want....Then go above and click on SAVE...Note: If you leave the FROM NAME blank you will see Yahoo Mail followed by your full name and your email address when composing or forwarding an email. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ADDING CONTACTS When you receive a message you will see a small box following the email address that is not yet in your contact list....click on that and it will bring up the option of adding it to your list...This is normally only those that are in the FROM box... When you send a message any email address not yet in your list will come up in a box giving you the option of putting it in the list.. You can do it by yourself by clicking on CONTACTS near the top of your email page and you will see where you can place a new email address and click on ADD... Should you want to add them to one of your categories place a checkmark in the box to the left of the contact name (after you have added it as directed above)...go above and click on ADD TO CATEGORY...once the list is brought up click on the category you want it in and that automatically puts it in...
