Why am I not able to send an attachment in my mail?

I wont be able to send out a mail with attachment?

  • the download attachment takes a long time and failed

    Try going down to the bottom of the page and just forward the message that has the attachment. Sometimes when sending an attachment, you have to go to compose first and select a file for the attachment. A pop up window will come down and ask you to choose the file you downloaded. If it's not in that list, go into your hard drive and put it in one of them. If you want to send it to several people and don't want others to see who you're sending them to, when composing, click the addresses just above the message and put the extra people in the Bcc category.
