How do I change my picture on yahoo? (to the right?

Why cant I change my yahoo picture?

• ive seen this question 100 times but nothing is working....I believe im doing it right..Just trying to change my yahoo pic. I try going the profile route, the add/change picture route, this is really annoying. anyone know the "trick"? lol

  Your avatar can be a cartoon or a photo. Cartoons are created at the Avatar web site. Photos are uploaded to the Pulse web site. If you have hidden your Pulse Profile you can use a cartoon avatar but for a Pulse Profile picture to appear here it can't be hidden. If you do not want information public then you can hide each element or leave it blank. If you have already created an avatar and it is not appearing be sure to follow step Ⓒ completely. Ⓐ │ If you want a C̲a̲r̲t̲o̲o̲n̲ avatar then create or modify one at Ⓐ │ http://avatars.yahoo.com and then go to Ⓒ.
