How do I send a video more than 10mb on Yahoo.com?

Anyone got good idea about how to send video(moive) files through Yahoo email?

  • currently when sending video files through Yahoo email, the max. file size limit is 10MB which is far smaller compared with even 2mins video file, as a result I'm unable to send any video file to my friends through Yahoo email...anyone got good idea how to do this or got any other good way to send video files through email? appreciate any good advice about this.

    The best one i found to use is windows movie maker, it takes a short time to get used to working it, but when you do master it, it compresses the file to send as an email attachment. It supports most movie files but not avi. Good luck It can be downloaded at the address below

if they use yahoo messenger or aim, you can send it through that. i believe yahoo has a limit of 10 mb, but aim is unlimited.

You could use archiving tool such as Winrar, to chop the file up in parts of less than 10 megs, then send each of the files. HTH
