Can I download all attachments from Yahoo Mail?

My friend sent the photos as attachments on Yahoo mail. The problem is that he attached one photo per email. There are around 120 photos, so 120 emails. Is there a way to download all attachments by a particular user? Or else I have to manually open each mail,download and continue, which is really boooooring..pls help me if there's a way around..
