Why does it take a very long time for Yahoo to attach files?

How long would it take to attach 14GB worth of files to yahoo mail?

The title pretty much says it. It has been about 2 hours now and it is still going. I have all but 4 of the the files in compressed zipped folders. There are a total of 14 items, and i don't know about my internet upload speed but the internet speed itself is 3M per second (Second fastest for Verizon). I would assume that is also the upload speed. The four that are not in compressed zipped folders are notepad documents that are 12kb, 10kb, 5kb, and 1kb. I know that isn't too much, but the others are 134MB, 503MB, 1.27GB, 654MB, 1.91GB, 74.2MB, 4.16GB, 957MB, 941MB, and 3.51GB. Also, does anyone know a different site with e-mail that would allow me to upload them faster?

Check out a large file transfer site like my bro's. You can send up to 2gb and you can use your existing email account. http://www.toobigforemail.com Please be patient... this will take a few nights to complete. 14gb is quite a bit of information.
