How can I attached a file to my email message?

There was a problem not sure why, but usually-reliable server goofed-up while sending message(email)help!?

Everyone is having this problem. Yahoo is having a terrible time. Mail, Messenger, Answers are all balky or non-working. It is not your computer or your server. No one knows why because Yahoo is not explaining. Yahoo knows about the problem. They will fix it.
