How can i send pictures from my phone to my computer? but not through text..?

freaking verizon sucks man, My parents just yelled at me for freaking adding 50$ extra on our stupid phone bill, and its cause of Megabyte using or w.e wtf is that. so is there like a way i can send pictures to my phone or upload them or something? my parents are to cheap to get me a camera.. and my phone was the only thing I had to take pictures and send them to my email, now I cant.
