How can I email a photo on Yahoo email without using an attachment?

Once i scan a photo in my laptop how can i send it in an email? using yahoo email?

    scan photo, save to your hard drive, compose letter in Yahoo, click on attachments, find photo in hard drive, attach photo, send letter.

Click on mail, compose, attach files, browser (select the folder in which the photo is located), select photo, click attach. It will show up under the Subject line. When I upload photos from my camera, it goes to "My pictures" and when I upload a scanned photo, it goes to "My scans". Click on "My documents" to make sure which folder it went into before you click on browser. Once it says that the photo file is attached, complete your email in the normal way.

I think you have to save the photo on your laptop, go to Yahoo! E-mail, Compose, Attach File, find your photo, and Send.
