How do I just take a short clip out of a video?

How or what step can I take to send video clip to another person e-mail ?

• Yes I have a video camera and I been trying to send the clip of her son to her but it seem that it not going thru at first she told to send them and attach them to her e-mail just as we do picture and I did and I was just waiting for more than 5 to 7 min for it to be attach and it still didn't go I hate for her to not see her son while she is in another sever her country but I just not knowing how to send them to her so if there anyone that can explain to me what step am to take to send them to her please explain the step to me so that this mother can see her son on video Thank you

  Make sure the file you are trying to attach is not bigger than what is allowed to send in a email first. If it is too big you will need to compress the file using winzip or Jzip if you don't have a file compressor. Then try to upload the attached file. The other party will need to unzip the file though to get the video If it is a large file the wait is usually pretty common. Uploads take longer than downloads, just try uploading it if it lets you and let it sit there for awhile. If it doesn't attach then the file might be too big/ Another suggestion if you'd like to do it you could upload the video to youtube or another video hosting site. You can make the video private too and then send the link in a email for easy access.
