How do I download attachments in the new Hotmail??

I can not download attachments. Please help.?

I can not download attachments when someone sends me one in my hotmail account. its just says cannot create file. Why does this happen and how do i sort out the problem. I use a mac. The memory on computer is pretty full and been having probs. thanks
