Why can't I open the attachments on my emails?

Why cant i open my emails with attachments?

when i try to download adobe or another file that helps open my emails it doesnt work

If you cannot download ADOBE that normally indicates a problem that has to be solved by your computer manufacturer.. you can also contact ADOBE for guidance by going to their website You can also enter that question in your web browser and you should get some websites that may provide your answer...Enter CANNOT DOWNLOAD ADOBE good luck
