How can you send pics from your email to someone's phone?

I've been wanting to send pics to my friend, but I don't have texts or picture mail on my phone. I heard that you can send pics to people from your email to their phone, but I don't know how. Does anyone know how? My friend's cell is through T Mobile. Thanks very much! :)

yea what ever email they're using on their phone is u send it to that email address for instance if they're retrieving their email from yahoo on their phone u simply send it to their yahoo email address and then they have to retrieve it through their phone simple as that in other words they have to be able to retrieve their emails via the phone
