I have an email with an attachment as publisher - can't open! need to open & turn to jpg?

I got an email from a friend with an attachment that I need - it is done in publisher - I don't have publisher and can't seem to open this with word, works, adobe, paint nothing! Can someone tell me how I can open an attachment made in publisher and save as a jpg. What do I open with to see it to be able to save as a jpg? ANY HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!

You could try an online file converter like zamzar.com for example. Upload the file, choose a format and they will email you a link to download the converted file. May take a couple of hours. There are other sites if you search for 'online file converters' Good luck!
