Why I experience difficulties with loading attachments on yahoo mail?

With the new yahoo m ail I can't download attachments to my e-mail anyone have any ideas?

• with the new yahoo mail, when try and down load attachments to e-mail that I'm sending nothing happens. I click on attachments and it says it is down loading but nothing happens. This is more of Yahoo making things better, nothing works
