Why can't I send a folder as an attachment to email. The folder size is less than 10MB?

Because a folder isn't a file type that is acceptable as an attachment. Use WinZip to zip the documents that are in the folder. If you don't want to zip the files, attach each document. Depending on how many individual files there are (if you don't zip), you may have to send in more than one email.

It depends on what email system you are using. If your email system doesn't allow you to attach folder, and *only files*, then you will have to attach each file separately. I hope that helps you. If you liked my answer please mark it as "Best Answer"

If it is bigger than 10MB you can use my brothers website: http://www.toobigforemail.com,.. it takes files up to 500MB
