How can you send music to your phone by email?

I have a hot-mail account and I want to send downloaded music to my phone by email. can I do that?

Answer:
i do believe you can, depending on your provider, first send a text message to your email account, to get your phones email address. then send an email to your phone's email address, i think you have to send the songs one at a time, just add them as attachments.
