Problem attaching files in Yahoo mail?

  • Hi, When I click on "Attach Files" in Yahoo mail (classic) the attach files page with the Browse buttons doesn't appear. Instead I get the message "Loading..." in white on a blue background at the top of the window. It disappears after about 15s and leaving me on the compose message window with nothing having happened. I'm using a brand new Toshiba C660D running Win7 64-bit, using IE9 32-bit. I've updated Java (both 32 and 64-Bit) but it didn't resolve the issue. Any ideas? Thanks

  • Answer:

    At the bottom of the page (in compose mail) there should be an "attach files more easily" app. Also, to the bottom left, one of the applications should be "attach large files". You may wish to check your settings to sort out why you're not getting a "sent" confirmation.
