You can't. Email systems have size limits that are usually much lower than 100MB. Try You Send It instead.

You can use a file sharing service that allows you to upload the files and send them as links. You can use a service like Securely Send that allows you to send the files for free. Securely Send-http://www.securelysend.com

Use Yahoo as your default email client. Click the blue options on your email page, and then click ymail as default. And dont forget to " activate " the attachment program on your yahoo email page. You can save your documents to ' documents, then click the attach button on yahoo mail, browse over to your documents, click the document, click open, and then it should go.
