Why does my email continue to have problems attaching files?

Having problems with attaching files to emails; Is there a block preventing me from doing this?

  You may have exceeded the 25mb limit and/or your system needs cleaning. Yahoo advises that MANY of the problems related not being able to open up email....getting blank screens ....etc....is due to a clogged system. cleaning it up as described below should help. good luck. In addition check what your RAM capacity is for your computer. Depending on who you talk to the minimum you should have will vary between 1GB and 4GB. (I have 1.24GB) You can check this by clicking on START....RIGHT clicking on MY COMPUTER ...then PROPERTIES..and you should be in the GENERAL section that will show you your capacity. Many computers will have 512mb, which, if you are on the internet alot, will fill up quickly and slow your computer down. Also RIGHT click on an open area in your taskbar (very bottom of the screen) and then click on TASK MANAGER..when that box appears click on PERFORMANCE. the chart that comes up shows PHYSICAL MEMORY and how much is available.
