Why isn't my browser working?

SBC yahoo browser getting error when opening attachments?

When I download an image file in the SBC browser (yahoo mail). after scanning and clicking open, I get an error about not being able to open the file "cant find ../temp/temp internet explorer/yada yada yada" ( not the actual message but you should get the gist of it). I have cleared all history and cache and even moved the location of the temp folder and it isnt working.. when I check mail with the regular browser it works fine and opens images. ***Disclaimer *** I am trying to hep my grandparents so the obvious answer of NOT using the yahoo browser wont work. they need to log into their email accounts by clicking the icon I have on the desktop for each account and so far I havent figured out how to configure a standard browser to log into to yahoo mail automatcally like the yahoo browser does.
Answer:

There is no way for you to fix it. Yahoo is working on the site. This has happened before and they always fix it. Do not install or uninstall any Yahoo programs. Attachments are not working. Skip them for now.
