Help viewing images in an email?

i won something and got an email informing me on what to do to actually get it sent to my house, however when i opened the email, all i could see was "congrats, you've won a signed all time low print" and the images above and below it telling me what to do, don't show up. instead there is a little swuare with a broken paper or something inside of it. how do i fix this so i can actually look at the email?
