I cant get my windows email up & runin, i need to so i can email pictures,can anyone help me please?

I have a hp laptop with windows vista and all my pics i downloaded cant be emailed unless i open up an email account with window email but for some reason i cant figure it out. dont know why, please help!

If you have an internet account (i.e. Yahoo!) then you don't need to set up a windows account. Vista is trying to get you to use Outlook Express to access your e-mail. You don't have too. All you have to do is use your internet e-mail account and add the pictures as attachments to e-mails.
