How do you setup Windows Mail??? i can't seem to get it set up right!!! Some1 PLEASE help me?????????????????

OK, see i thought that i setup Windows Mail but i go to Synchronize All my messages and it said that it cant find the server that i input so can someone PLEASE help me? because i cant send a certain file on yahoo mail but im sure that i can on Windows Mail PLEASE I REALLY NEED SOME HELP!!!!!!!
