How can I open photos in outlook express using another program such as photosuite.?

ok im not exactly sure about photosuite... but in outlook express, when u get a photo in an email, right click on it and press "save as." then save it to the place you want and then open it up in photosuite via file - open (im guessing) there are a couple of ways of doing this. OR maybe try opening up My Computer, find any photo (thats say, a jpeg) then right click it and press properties. on the "general" tab, you'll see "opens with" then the name of a program and then "change". press "change" and select photosuite! hope one of those work :)
