How do you email a picture to your phone using Yahoo email?

How to send a picture to my phone from my yahoo email adress?

I have a virgin mobile phone, it's a samsung restore. i sent a message to my email from my phone and then hit reply and attached the pictures and hit send and then when it gets to my phone the pictures arent there and the message is blank! what do i do? i've also tried just copy&pasting the picture into the email but that wouldnt work either. help! i need these pictures of darren criss on my phone! lol
