How can I save attached email photos to a desktop folder?

How Do I save photos on my desktop?

  • everytime i save a photo i have to go to another folder because it doesnt show he saved photo on the desktop. and its a JPEG image. How Do I change that?So whenever I save photos I can view them on my desktop instead of finding them in the "recently changed" folder?

    When saving, you can specify where they are saved. Choose desktop. Try right clicking, depending on your computer. "Save as" might help you depending on computer type. You did not say if you have an Apple or Windows.

Yes you do want to save it as a JPEG so that you can pull it up later to view as any normal picture or to upload to the internet, but you want to keep it in PSD form as well. You will want it in PSD so that you can change things later on. I recently photoshopped a picture of a girl and later she wanted to not look so "tan". It was the blush... With a PSD file, I was able to go into the image and change the opacity of the blush and make it look less visible. Without saving my image this way (and without separate layers) I would not have been able to make the changes.

You can click save to desktop but as far as changing the icon you can do that by making a smaller image and saving it.
