How do you send photos on Hotmail?

How to make photos smaller for emailing and how best to send them?

Hi, I would like to know the best way to make my photos smaller for emailing. Powertoys for windows resize photos program doesnt work. It just doesnt do anything dunno why - my friends works fine, but mine doesnt! :( Is there any other simple system to use, or is photshop the best? But a long winded process I think - have to do all photos one by one? Then, when I send them by either yahoo or hotmail, they don't seem to attach properly... In hotmail they don't open in the email (only as attachements). And with yahoo, only some of them open automatically in the email and the others have little red crosses on them... This is really annoying! I'd appreciate your answers if anyone can help! Cheers!
