Why are my pictures are black on my zune?

Having Problems deleting Pictures from my Zune?

• I had some pictures on my Zune and I didn't want them anymore so I went on the computer and I went to pictures and deleted the files. Then I went to check if there still on my Zune and they were. How do I get them off?

• Answer:

  There are two things you can do. 1. Connect your Zune and open the Zune program. Click on device>pictures and right click and delete what you don't want. 2. This way is more drastic but will work. First you will need to make sure that everything you want on that Zune is still on the computer. Then connect your Zune and open the Zune program. Click on device>settings>sync options>erase all content. Then resync your Zune. This will remove everything allowing you to put back only what you want on there.
