hanmail has this very interesting way of blocking what it thinks are spam emails. read about it here: http://eflgeek.com/index.php/eflgeek/comments/trouble-with-hanmail/ the answer, you probably won't be able to.

Either your SMNP is not configured on the mail server or on your mail client. You are probably getting emals via POP.
