Why cant i receive anymore pictures from a cellphone on my email?

my wife used to send me pictures on my email using her cellphone.but this past few days,i cant receive anymore.even though she successfully sent it.she even make sure every step how to send was correct but still.i didn't receive it.i sent her picture from my pc to her cellphone and she receive it.
