How can I save attached email photos to a desktop folder?

How can I save photos sent to my inbox to my desktop folder?

In the older version of yahoo mail, I was able to download the photo and then it was on my desktop to put wherever I wanted it. Now, with this new version, the photo opens right up (very large) but I can't move it anywhere except to the email folders - not to the desktop or iPhoto, etc. What can I do to save these pictures outside of the yahoo setting?

COPY PICTURE Open the picture right click on the picture click Save As, a box will open asking where to save it.
