Can u send videos through email?

ok so i have this friend and i kinda really like him..he knows me as "quite and shy"but i really wanna show him the REAL me..i recorded a video that is 2 minutes and 29 seconds this morning.ive tried sending it to him a bizzilion times but when i click attach files it goes to a page saying windows cant show this page or w/e..but ive sent him a couple pictures that i took on the same camera..y wont it let me send him the video?please help!!

I don't exactly know if you can. The file can only be 10mb. You might try compressing it to a smaller size.
