I cannot open an attachment in one of my emails.

I cannot receive email from one person if it has a msword attachment. Everyone else's come through fine.?

• This one person was accidently put in my blocked addresses list. I removed it. From then on I can receive his emails with no attachments or with jpeg attachments but not if there is a "word" attachment. We both have msword and the same operating system. I can receive his msword attachments if he forwards them to me but not if sent directly. He started using a different email address and those would not go through to me either if they had a msword attachment. I am not having this problem with anyone else. I recently installed Norton Internet Security and had many problems with email after doing so. (couldn't open attachments from anyone was one of the problems.I think this is also when the current "problem email address" was put in the blocked addresses by the tech who had "control" of the computer at the time.) After several sessions with their techs, everything else seems to be going okay.
