Why do my pictures have a black background when I copy them?

I copy and paste alot of pictures to new messages and when I send them on the text is ok but no pictures.???

• When I copy and paste emails I have received, that have pictures, into a new email and send them to others the text always makes it ok but the pictures sometime are blank. Some recipients will get them and some won't. The ones who don't get the pictures sometimes do get the pictures in other emails. Eventhough I test by sending the pictures to myself to make sure it was successful, some people still respond saying they didn't get the pictures with my message. The area where the pictures would have been is there but blank. My initial thought is I might not have the right program in auto load to view the photos but why would it work at times and not others. I wonder if it might have something to do with the format the pictures came to me in with relation to the format I send them in and the eventual format they get received in/or not. Some people tell me they can copy and paste anything they want and send it by email with no problems ever. Any Ideas Anybody?

  ahh too much to read, but if u want to send pix from a yahoo account, then you have to upload them, not copy and paste
