How do I view pictures sent to me?

I can't view pictures sent in email. I get a message saying " time has expired"?

• Most of the pictures has a x on the pictures. How can I fix the problem?

  I will assume you are using Outlook Express so try the following settings: Open Outlook Express and click the Tools/Options menu. In the Options under the Security tab look to see if "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus" is checked. Uncheck if it is. Next go to the Tools/Accounts menu. Double click the email account you are using. It will open the Properties window for that account. Click the Advanced tab and look for the "Server Timeouts" slider bar. Slide the little tab all the way to the right where is says 'Long". Click OK. Your settings and option views may not look exactly like mine so you may need to look for similar settings in your email program. See if those 2 solve the problem.
