Strange letter in the mail box?

How come I can't forward an e-mail any more by putting the first letter in the "to" box?

  • when forwarding an e-mail I could put in the first letter of the Person in my contact list and the rest of e-mail address would come up as well as the rest of the contacts starting with that letter. Now that does not happen any more. Can you help.

    Just another Yahoo glitch started two days ago. Lots of people seem to have this at the moment. It is one of many problems. Hopefully they will get it right soon.

Yahoo Classic Mail continues to work fine without the glitches other versions have (like print size, address completion ...) especially in Firefox ... hint, hint. There are advantages in staying with the oldest versions. Yes, I'm still on XP too :-) In the meantime, open your Contacts list in a separate tab (right-click and select ...) so you can choose the contacts more quickly with a copy and paste.

This glitch started two days ago and hopefully, it is a temporary one. you might try using the other email format to see if it makes any difference. If it continues ask Yahoo to resolve this.
