How to find inodes within a file?

Find file opened by email (pdf)?

  • I opened a pdf file that was sent to me, i printed it and closed it. If i didn't save the file on my computer, does this mean i cant find the file again anywhere in my computer so i can reprint the file? I made the mistake of erasing it from my email so i cant re-open it again. I opened up Adobe and chose open folder and i do see the file there but i want to open it , it tells me that there was an error and file could not be found. Thank you in advance for the help

    By the sounds of it you didnt save the file before opening it, in which case it is not on your computer, and as you have deleted the email you cant get it now. only suggestion is get the sender to resend it if possible.

the details shows that you havent save the file before opening it was directly open so it was not saved on your system....and u also del it from your inbox,,,,but u still got a chance to have it back if u got luck then you will find that file in your email id recycle bin/trash otherwise you have to contact with the sender.........hope for the good!!!

i actually had the same problem and i know that if you are opening a file with any program that means you hav downloaded it to your computer in the temporary files foder!!! goto temporary files folder in your system drive and browse through the files if you can find that!!! if it has been a lot of days or you had deleted your temporary files by any means it might not be there but for me it helped!!! hope you are also helped otherwise just ask the sender to resend the file thats it!!
