How can I send a rar. file with email?

I have tried numerous times and everytime I attach the file and try to send, it comes back as an error. The file is 12MB of 25MB what is the problem here? Please help!

Answer:
Emails don't accept that file try dragging it to your desktop and and highlight where it say Rar. and tip in pdf. or jpg. Click it and it will ask if you want to use it as that format or compress it as that and say yes and it should automatically duplicate it as the other format.
