How can i go back to the original facebook layout?

About the new e.mail layout?

  • You did not answer my question which was 'why don't you leave the e.mail layout as it was? No thanks to the new lay I cannot read my tabs. You don't give your users any chance to say 'no thanks' I was happy with the old e.mail layout. I have a sight programme, and now can't see properly. I do not wish this question to go on any of the things like Facebook or Twitter - I am asking Yahoo the question - YOU altered the system and didn't give anybody the chance to say 'no' . I had no idea what the new layout would be; it didn't occur to me it would give my eyesight a problem. Now - answer the question or give me an idea of where or how I can improve the size of my tabs. YOU caused my problem, now sort it. AND please can I get this through to you - - I do not belong to any 'contact' group - and do not want to be. I found Yahoo on the web this site as a possible contact to help me. I do not want outside interference. Thank you.

    You won't get an answer directly from Yahoo on here - this is Yahoo Answers for the public! If you have a gripe with Yahoo over the email format you need to contact Yahoo direct!

Maybe this can help you, I use Internet Explorer and could not find a solution to switch back to Classic Mail permanently after 2 days of pulling my hair out lots of problems... I found no links work, I went to CONTACT YAHOO CUSTOMER CARE, then clicked on LIVE CHAT, told them my old computer can not handle it, and they switched me back 5 to10 min. total, no problem! You can also call Yahoo USA, but you will wait forever! 1-866-562-7219 Don’t forget to vote for best answer. Also I give free info. I answer Q’s that I know about, I have been criticized for - I do not socialize on line, no contacts - not my thing. I have better things to do, like socialize physically in real life… Anyway Good Luck!
