How to send an email to my mobile phone?

i want to send an email with attachment to my mobile phone, however i dont know what the address is, or how to find it out. i have tried sending an email from my phone and emailing back, but no luck there. I have a samsung G600. Could you help me? Thank you :)

i have verizon & I can send from my email to phone using [email protected] The 9's would be your telephone number. I know that at&t has something similar, but not sure what the what is. How I figured mine out is to send a text to my email & then my email inbox showed me who it was from. Try that! Good luck!
