How to open files in PowerPoint or Microsoft Word?

I need help attaching files. Attaching Microsoft word files worked fine until I edited works files.?

  try or check this. especially if you updated lately. in microsoft internet explorer.......... click on tools,internet options,security tab,custom level,and scroll down till it says "navigate sub-frames across different domains", click on enable, click apply,ok, and exit. try to attach again
