try this, click on tools,internet options,security tab,custom level, scroll down to "navigate sub-frames across different domains and click on enable. click on apply ,ok, and exit. exit internet explorer and reenter. try to attach again.

You need to give more info. Do you mean when you email them you get back a "mail undeliverable" message? If that is the case you have the wrong email address. As for attaching photos are you able to find the button to attach? Maybe your file size is too big. Give more info...
