Why can't I download attachments?

Why can't I download the attachments on my email?

• I have only had this problem for a few weeks. I used to just click on download attachment or open and then allow now all I get is " This Page Can Not Be Displayed". Why??????????? Help!!!!!!!!!!!

  Do you have Trend Micro Antivirus? If so, go into your virus protection controls and click on settings. Go into settings and uncheck the box that says threats in web mail attachments. For some reason, several of us have had this problem and those of us who have done this, it has worked for. (It may work with antivirus programs besides Trend Micro, I do not know). From what I have read, it interferes with Norton scanning it. I have been on several sites looking for the solution to this problem and everyone suggested this and it worked for me. Hope this helps!
