Why cant I view my attachments when I click on "download file"? ?

After clicking on the download file button, the window that lets me click "open" does not appear. Instead, it goes to a "web page can not be displayed"

I've recently had an issue when I try to "Download All" pictures. I get a Norton security message (garbled) that indicates the pictures are OK then it hangs. I can't download and have to cancel out. I've even gone back to old messages that did download successfully and now they get this same error. I think Yahoo has changed something in their Norton Security Virus checks. Hope they fix it soon.

i actually don't have an answer for you (sorry!). But i'm having the exact same issue and same error message! I've been messing with it for the last 3 hours with no luck?! if I find anything more out I'll def. let you know. would you mind doing the same for me? Amy R

Same exact problem over here...I just asked pretty much the same question...it's only been recently that I've experienced this problem...maybe a glitch/bug that needs to be worked out...Hurry up and debug it Yahoo!
