How do I send photos in my folder to another hotmail customer?

I am sooo new at computers!! Have a friend..hotmail...I have my own photos in a folder...How do I send these photos to another site & another competitor??...Is that a good word??....PS I was set up by someone who is computer savy...& he hooked me up with so much I dont know...Pleeezzzzz help me??
