How can I move, transfer or send an email letter in my folders file to my DOCUMENTS ?

Answer:
You can't move, transfer or send emails to any folder on your computer. You could copy the email(s) and paste into an MSWord document. Then save it to your My Documents folder. You could do any number of emails that way and put them all in one document, or do them separately. If you want to identify each, you could type in dates and any other identifying information for each.
