Answer:
.art and .bmp have a tendancy to not show. Where as .jpg and .jpeg are usually always there. Why? People were putting malware in them. So Microsoft and Aol and Yahoo as well as others have blocked .art and some .bmp images. Virusses and other bad stuff were the cause
