EASY10 POINTS: How to email a very large iMovie file?
-
Ok I have a 15-minute iMovie video file and I would like to send it to a friend via email. Unfortunately I cannot edit it anymore but it is still a pretty big file and I really don’t know what to do. I am using iMovie ’09 and there isn’t an email sharing option. Please help!!!! I really need to send this video! Thanks!!!

Answer:
Video is too large to send by email. Best to upload the vedio to one of the free picture and video share sites then email the direct link to the vedio. Here are a few sites there are lots more. http://www.flickr.com/ http://photobucket.com/ http://www.shutterfly.com/ http://www.picturepush.com/ http://www.snapfish.com http://photodekho.com/ http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/answers%E2%80%A6

There are many free services which allow sending files of 50 Mb or even 2 Gb. Once uploaded, the file can be downloaded after sending the link to the recipient. The files are available for a limited time, depending on the service used. Set up an account with one of these after reading about them. Too Big for Email - Send up to 2 GB at the same time (8 hours of upload time) Upload multiple files at the same time, with password protection, delivery receipt, encryption and room for a message too. http://www.toobigforemail.com/ Dropbox (Free) - Sharing isn't one-way; your recipients can upload files for you as well. The free version lets you upload up to 2 gigabytes of files. You can share the files for 30 days. http://www.dropbox.com MailBigFile - Send files of up to 1Gb (= 1000 MB) for free. http://www.mailbigfile.com/ SendTool - Send files of any type for free (max file size is 800MB). http://sendtool.com/ Transfer Big Files - Send files of up to 1Gb (= 1000 MB) for free. https://www.transferbigfiles.com/ YouSendIt Free service - Send very large mails (attachments, up to 1 Gb = 1000 Mb). https://www.yousendit.com/
If you are recording it from webcam just use one of the free video email services like http://mailVU.com. It doesn't require attachments.
